beware of cranpus holiday campaign
For Ocean Spray’s 2025 holiday campaign we went larger-than-life with Bryan Cranston at the center playing a mythical, mischief making character named Cranpus.
Much of the work that I did was in helping to craft suspense and intrigue leading up to the reveal of Cranpus. We looked to answer the question, how do we let people in on his lore in a way that keeps them checking back in.
Support for this started on our social channels where Cranpus “hacked” the Ocean Spray account. Then as we got deeper into the campaign, supplemental support of the tv spot moved to our holiday landing page which I reskinned to match the tone of the campaign. As well as holiday specific recipes that tied back into key moments from the tv spot.
